If there is a way for you to meet in a third country, then you should take that option. Otherwise, it is very likely that your K-1 visa will be denied. Remember, the physical meeting requirement can be anywhere in the world. Also to support your K-1 visa application, keep a record of all your chat communication logs, and take plenty of pictures when you meet her with family and/or friends and also all travel itinerary.
