I worked for A .A placed me in D(End Client) and B(middle vendor) and C (primary vendor) are the vendors . I joined C and C placed me in the same project /same client/same location. Notice says I broke contract by working with B orD either Directly or Indirectly .paragraph from contract : Non- Solicitation ¿ During your employment with Company A ( unless otherwise directed and done on behalf of Company A) and for the one (1) year period following the termination of your employment with Company A for any reason , you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit the business of or provide any software engineering, consulting or Programming services to any of customers of Company A and (*Mentioned previous project company names here *)E(middle vendor ) (F/G)You further agree that during the term of your eemployment with Company A and for the one (1) year period following the termination of such employment ,not to solicit for employment on your own behalf or on behalf of anyone else ,
