My older sister's current employer is asking for her to sign a Severance Agreement and General Release but the date on the document is March 04, 2013. They are offering her 4weeks pay if she signs and doesn't say anything bad about the company. Also, they still owe her 3weeks vacation pay that they don't want to give her. What do you think?
