NDA and Non Compete Agreement

Hello, I am working for a consulting firm but planning to join the client on a full time employment basis in the state of NJ. I am looking to understand the constraints that I may have in leaving my current firm and joining its current client. Thanks

i would have to review the employment contract to determine if there are any issues with 'non-compete' agreements. NJ does not favor 'non-compete' agreements unless there are special circumstances. please call to discuss. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
