More details to this question:
I resign from the pest control company on April, 15, 2013. I opened my own pest control company on May, 1, 2013. I have not called or visited any of the companys customers. I have respected the non compete for a year now, my question is can i now solicit my old customers? I signed a 2 year agreement but as I'm told everyone else its just for a year??
