More details to this question:
my boss has harassed and demeaned me for years. i work and live in nj and have recorded numerous conversations, including calls to my personal cell phone while on disability and he stalked me at my home sitting outside for hours waiting for me to return to hand me a disciplinary form. can i use the recordings in court and his behavior while on disability, is that illegal?
