More details to this question:
Terminated from position, several attorneys indicate it was wrongful termination for use of accrued sick time. Policy used to say "if you leave your position you lose benefit time" then changed to "if you leave your position on good terms" Considering I never "left" can I file small claims case to get remainder of accrued PTO paid out?

I need more information. Why were you terminated ? For using 'sick time' or 'paid time off' ? Did you document illness with doctor's note ? Ed Dimon
