QUESTION

"Recent Graduate"

Asked on Jul 18th, 2015 on Employment Contracts - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I've notice every year, it's been more difficult to find a permanent position in my field of work (Banking Compliance, AML). I only seem to find contract positions for 3-6 month at a time. I also notice that many of the jobs are going to "recent graduate", to studenst of course that are pay much lower then the average mean of the going rate for my position. Would it be discrimination if an employer post a job post looking for a "recent graduate"? If you can please let me know if I have a case or not. Thank you.

The key to success is proving age discrimination based upon a pattern of hiring younger people. If you can get these statistics and demonstrate the pattern, you would have a good case.
