Hi Annette, to reopen a claim you need to file either a 526ez or Supplemental Claim depending on if the claim was previously denied (Supplemental Claim) or you're requesitng an increased rating on a disability (526EZ).  You can also do this online through eBenefits.  I would recommend you work with a Veteran Service Officer to assist you.  Most attorneys only work in appeals.  You can find a VSO at www.nacvso.org.  Once you get a decision after reopening, if you would like me to review your decision to see if you got what you were entitled to, feel free to reach out.  We do inital consultations at no charge. ...
