You don't have to attend or participate in the joint removal of the conditional green card process. Do not attend the interview. Your husband will be forced to file a waiver of the requirements to jointly remove the conditions and then must prove at his interview that you both married in good faith which will be difficult if you don't have a child together. If you get married in the Philippines, she can process her green card at the foreign consulate overseas. Alternatively you can sponsor her for a fiancé visa and then when she enters the US you get married and then she can adjust status to get her green card. Discuss your case with counsel.
