How can u be charged with a hit and run if the driver of the car stopped and called 911 and was on the scene until the cops arrived?

I agree, something doesn't add up in that scenario. Did they perhaps give him a ticket for something else and then he missed a court date? A lawyer would need more facts to better answer that.

Can I get all past records removed?

Answered 9 years and 11 months ago by Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)   |   4 Answers   |  Legal Topics: Criminal Defense
It depends on what the records and convictions are. I suggest that you contact a criminal defense attorney experienced in post-conviction relief for a fact-to-face consultation.

How many days in jail does one have on a revoke probation?

Answered 9 years and 11 months ago by Jeff Fengcheng Yeh (Unclaimed Profile)   |   2 Answers   |  Legal Topics: Criminal Defense
You should hire a lawyer to get this relatively minor charge dismissed. By yourself you're going to get a criminal record, and it isn't worth it.
