Can I do jail time instead of DUI class?

Answered 12 years and 11 months ago by John F. Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)   |   5 Answers   |  Legal Topics: DUI/DWI
What you are doing is actually extremely counterproductive to both getting "done with it" and receiving a restoration of your driving privileges. You had better see an attorney.
