you cannot expunge anything your were guilty of-by plea or conviction. if by chance the WV DUI was a first time offenders program, you shouldnt have a conviction for it unless you didnt finish the program. if you blew off or didnt know about the class, it may require you to complete the class to clear up your record. call a WV attorney ....
