How do my wife and I get a divorce if we both live abroad right now in Taiwan? Our marriage is registered in the state of Delaware.

If your brother refuses to do that, then you yourself can apply to be representative of the estate and to handle the assets.... Read More

What can I do about this offensive touching case?

Answered 12 years and 9 months ago by attorney William R. Pelger   |   1 Answer   |  Legal Topics: Family
see what happens when you call the cops? now that your dad is being prosecuted, tell the DA and cops how you feel. Dad will probably not go to jail and maybe even get his charges withdrawn if he completes some anger management classes.
