To get a protection order you must be able to show the judge that you are in 'imminent danger'.  If you can do that the judge might considerr granting a protection order but it seems unlikley frankly.  All law enforcement offices have an 'internal affairs' department where you can complain about the actions of specific officers. If there is discrimination, you can contact the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. It must be done within 180 days of the alledged acts of discrimination. It depends on the circumstances of your contact with the police. Was it a traffic stop related to a DUI? Or, was the accusation of an angry neighbor? In a traffic stop for a DUI the police can ask for a blood or breath test. A paternity suit can require you to provide DNA evidence. DOC
