I do not know of any fee; however for an impaired (not an OWI) the Treasury fee is $500 for two years. Within 2 weeks of refusing, you could have asked for a hearing with Secretary of State to fight the refusal. If not, you can hire an attorney and go to your county's Circuit Court to ask for a restricted driver's license during the one year suspension time from refusing the pbt.... Read More
