It is going to be extremely difficult for your boyfriend from Nigeria to get a visitor visa to travel to the United States unless he has a good job or owns property. Alternatively, If you want to sponsor him for a fiancée visa, then you need to physically meet him before you file for the K visa. If you're on disability and dont have the minimum amount of income to financially sponsor your boyfriend for a marriage or a fiancée visa, then you will have to engage the services of a joint financial sponsor.... it may have been inappropriate, but I can see nothing illegal.  As a general rule, unless your communications are privileged (i.e. with a doctor about your health, your lawyer seeking legal advice, your clergyperson, etc.), or unless you have some sort of confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, anyone with whom you communicate has the right to share that communication with anyone else they want....
