It is not possible to tell, by the information you provided, why your driver's license was suspended.  You should re-read the 20-day Notice letter that you received from the DMV - Florida Dept. of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety (i.e., the letter notifying you of the suspension) to see if it states the reason. Otherwise, you should be able to go to your local DMV Office in person.  You may have to make an appointment.  That office should be able to explain why your driver's license has been suspended and how to get it reinstated.
