Contact the company that has the false info about you. But, you should first be sure their information is not correct. It could be that they got their info from the real source (GCIC) and therefore, they will not and should not change this until the real records are set straight.

You ask about being "arrested" but then only mention being "fired" so it is unclear what you are asking. Make a written request for your personnel records. Attached is a form letter with some general instructions.

General "harassment" does not provide you with any legal protection. Only harassment based on an illegal, protected-class reason, such as sex, age-40 years plus, race-national origin, disability, etc.

You should contact an attorney that handles these type of cases. I do not. Merely giving notice to the LLC will not do this. Being removed does not relieve you of liability to creditors that loaned funds while you were a llc member.

I'm very sorry to hear that you were sexually harassed and lost your job as a result. The question of whether you have a legal claim depends on the facts and circumstances. To be actionable, sexual harassment has to be severe (really bad) or pervasive (really frequent). In addition, if you were fired because you rejected a sexual advance by your boss or because you complained about the harassment, there is likely you have a retaliation claim as well. I highly recommend you contact an employment lawyer, and preferably one (like myself) who specializes in representing employees who can evaluate your potential claims.... Read More
