Yes you are able to drop out in Michigan; but it would be a bad idea. You will have a much better chance of supporting the baby with a diploma than without one. More employers will hire you.

Sure, the child is only 'special' in regard to his needs. Otherwise he got to play by the same rules everyone else does. Presumably the responsibility for insuring that any child special ed or not complies with a school's uniform policy lies with the child's parents or guardian. Why would there be an exception because the child requires special education? It would be the same if the special ed child brought a gun to school. His special butt would get suspended just like any other student I suppose if the child had the uniform on but like took it off and ate it or something that might be on the school and not something to suspend him for.... Do not enter the property. There usually is some type of owner, (like a bank). You need permission from whoever the present owner is to go in and take stuff. I have many cases of people being prosecuted for taking things from "abandoned" buildings.

That is not the type of defect that had to be divulged. It is more like a murder or rape being committed and that does not have to be disclosed, nor does the claim that the hose is haunted.
