It is the professors or college's policy and if evenly applied is not discrimination. If your son has a documented chronic disease he should have discussed that and his requirements prior to the absences and grading.

No. I am sure the statute or ordinance provides "up to 24 hours notice". If there is a perceived emergency and the roads need to be cleared, they can tow the vehicle.

Without seeing the paperwork that you prepared and without seeing the court minutes from the hearing, I cannot say whether or not there has been any unethical conduct. Many family law courts have form pleadings, which means that the pleadings you prepared perhaps did not comply and that may be why the opposing counsel submitted another version. The only way to be sure is for you to consult with a family law attorney who can review your file.
