No, it is very unlikely that you are going to be drug tested for a speeding ticket only - unless you show up to court under the influence of marijuana. That is an entirely different charge and if found true ("guilty' in juvenile court) doubtless the judge will want to place you on some drug conditions that could include testing. If she is believed and he is not believed he will be convicted and get a long prison term. You can try but I doubt they will comply due to the cost and inconvenience. I doubt a judge would order them to either. It's possible, but doubtful. You could subpoena that they allow someone to inspect the hard drive. That would be a more reasonable request.
