Unless a contract says otherwise, there is no reason why employees of the bus company can't service more than one of the bus company's customers.

In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, an employee may be terminated at any time for any reason or no reason at all. No law required you to be "on the clock" unless you are performing services for your employer. Receiving your employer's termination notice doesn't constitute such services.... Read Answer

Under extreme circumstances, migraines may constitute a "disability" under applicable federal and state laws. This is a question of fact, and your ability to prove that your migraines are in fact disabling may determine the outcome.
