No. If you are the person who wants them, all I can say is don't be stupid. These e cigarettes are no better than real cigarettes. They both contain nicotine and other things that are bad... and they are addictive!!!

Without seeing the paperwork that you prepared and without seeing the court minutes from the hearing, I cannot say whether or not there has been any unethical conduct. Many family law courts have form pleadings, which means that the pleadings you prepared perhaps did not comply and that may be why the opposing counsel submitted another version. The only way to be sure is for you to consult with a family law attorney who can review your file. Understand that when you represent your self in legal proceedings, you are held to the same standard as a licensed attorney.
