It depends on how they are left title. If they are left the title in survivorship, then title passes to whichever of them surives the other.  Ulitimately this would mean that if both your heirs were to perish, it is possible that the husband would inherit. Has he already died?  He can do anything he wants with his estate and his own property.  However, you may be able to contest the will if he was under the influence of any extraneous substance or was not in his right mind.  You can still make a claim even if the will is found to be valid.  It is debteable as to how successful such a calim may be.  Please contact us if we can be of further assistance.... Consult with a local CT lawyer. My opinon would be that the estate was closed and now it can be temporarily opend, a temporary grant of letters, by another person. It will go easier with a new attorney but she may be able to handle it herself.
