I suggest that you call the courthouse, where the lawsuit was filed, to make an appointment to come in and review the file to located any contact information that you can find on the lawyer, law firm or company that obtained the judgment against you.  Another way to find the contact information is to see if the judgment is showing up on your credit report.  If so, then ask the credit reporting company to provide you with the contact information of the lawyer, law firm or company that obtained the judgment against you.  Also, keep in mind that it is my understanding that a judgment is only good for 12 years unless it was renewed for another 12 years.... I suggest that you consult with and hire an attorney as you are entitled to make a claim against the insurance company for the commercial bus for the full amount of your medical bills, collision deductible, rental bill and pain/suffering for your back injury that aggravated a pre-existing condition.  Your own insurance company has no obligation to look out for you as to all of the above mentioned claims.  If you do not hire an attorney, you might short-change yourself.  Good luck with this claim.... The best thing to do is to consult with a Maryland employment lawyer since I presume your employer is located in Maryland.  But in the meantime, here are some of my thoughts but keep in mind I am not an employment lawyer: Were you aware of any company rules which require the employee to be responsible for any damage to a company vehicle caused by an employee that is not covered by the company auto insurance policy (e.g. deductible)? If yes, you might be required to pay the company back for any expenses not covered by the company auto insurance policy if Maryland employment law allows this type of company rule. I will presume the following: that you were an adult when the accident occurred and that the at fault driver lives and works in Maryland.  Therefore in my opinion, if you did not settle your claim or file a lawsuit to protect your rights before the 3 year anniversary of the accident, there is nothing you can do.  There is nothing you can appeal since you did not timely file a lawsuit.  If I am incorrect about any of my presumptions, let me know because my answer might be different.  Sorry.... When your vehicle is involved in a collision, you have a choice to get the property damage taken care of by either the insurance company for the at fault driver or your insurance company but then you will be responsible for any deductible.  If you go through your insurance company, then later on down the road your insurance company will likely go after the at fault driver's insurance company to get back your deductible and any other money that your insurance company paid towards your vehicle's property damage.  But remember it is your choice and you need to make that decision as to which insurance company to go through sooner than later.... Typically the primary insurance company responsible for this type of claim will be that of the driver and Domino's liability policy will be secondary.  Usually Maryland law is only going to require the driver's insurance company to pay for the repairs or the value of the vehicle.  The insurance company could also be required to pay for a rental vehicle for a short period of time.  If the vehicle is relatively new and could be repaired then you might be entitled to make a diminished value claim.  If the vehicle is a total loss, then the insurance company is not required pay enough money for a comparable used car just the fair value of the vehicle.  It will be very difficult to make a claim for loss of transportation except as to those claims I mentioned above.... If you are asking for purposes of a traffic citation, then technically yes pursuant to a reading of Sec 20-102 of the Maryland Transportation article. § 20-102.
