If you sent a Notice of Appearance and Demand for Complaint you made a tactical error - something that often happens with people who try to save money by not hiring an attorney. If you had not responded in that way the Summons with Notice would have been void because it was too late. Do not fail to answer unless you are willing to give the other side a default judgment and everything that they are asking for in the summons and complaint! Consult a local lawyer and go over the documents before failing to answer!!!

What do you mean "he got married now"???
If he's already married he can not legally marry again without a divorce taking place. Check your county courthouse to see if you're already divorced!
