The right of publicity is the issue you must contend with. You can use the famous person's name in the title if and only if you do not imply endorsement or approval of your book by the famous person. You should have a preface in the book that says clearly and unmistakably that the tribute and the book are not authorized by the famous person. You should give credit by name to all your sources for material in the book. To be sure and before you complete the book, you should consult with a lawyer experienced in the right of publicity.... The answer is, maybe. Some courts allow for "nominative fair use" of a trademark if you are using the trademark solely to refer to the product that is offered under that trademark. Sandra Bullock may be enforcing her right of publicity, which means no one can use her image/voice for commercial purposes without her permission. If you used her image to sell the watches, then that is why she brought the lawsuit. If you did not file a response with the court, then she may get a "default judgment" against you. You should receive a copy of it and it may state the conditions of the judgment, for example that you must stop using her image and that you must pay damages. Contact the lawyers listed on the lawsuit and offer to settle. Otherwise, you almost certainly will need a lawyer to handle this. If you do nothing, the Plaintiff can get a default judgment against you and may get a judgment ordering you to pay damages.
