Contact the company that has the false info about you. But, you should first be sure their information is not correct. It could be that they got their info from the real source (GCIC) and therefore, they will not and should not change this until the real records are set straight.

You should contact an attorney that handles these type of cases. I do not. Merely giving notice to the LLC will not do this. Being removed does not relieve you of liability to creditors that loaned funds while you were a llc member.
