Is it possible for lottery winner remain anonymous?

It is up to the state paying the lottery funds. Since they like to show winners to draw more people in, I would doubt that they would hide your name.

Schools have to be very careful as they get sued by everybody. They are not doing anything illegal and there is not much you can do. They think you are not doing exactly what they would like you to do so they are reporting you, that is common. If you are a good parent with a clean home nothing will come of it. Do not get them upset or they will cause you a lot more trouble.... Read More

Talk to the lawyer that handled the case, only he can answer that question. If you were already sentenced and the time for appeal os over there are less remedies, but habeas corpus is still a possibility usually.

Can I sue for mental, physical and emotional distress?

Answered 12 years and 5 months ago by Mr. David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)   |   5 Answers
You need to discuss all of this with an attorney. For example, I cannot tell from your question who you want to sue, and for what. I cannot tell if you want to sue the child who accused you, the police who charged you, the prosecutor who prosecuted you, or the jailers who neglected your medical treatment. If you want to sue the police or prosecutor, a lawyer would need to review the evidence on which the charge was based. If there was probable cause for the charge, you would have no case. If you want to sue the jail for medical neglect, an attorney would need to review the medical records to determine whether they failed to provide minimally acceptable medical treatment.... Read More

If it was your surgery, then why wouldn't you pay for some, most or all of it? A husband would be responsible, but not a boy friend. If you signed a letter, it would show your intent, and you bet your bippy that it will hold up in court.
