I think you missed labeled this question. It doesn’t appear to be an immigration question. Unless your fiance is an immigrant with or without a Green Card, you must speak with an immigration attorney ASAP. Most immigration attorneys offer a free consultation, so you should be able to get your questions answered at no charge.
You will also need to speak to a criminal law attorney.

More information is needed. Your daughter may be a citizen by birth to you or you may need to sponsor her for lawful permanent residence. For your daughter to be a citizen, you must establish a blood relationship by clear and convincing evidence, you must have been a citizen at the time of her birth, you must agree to provide financial support to her until she reaches the age of 18, and your daughter must be legitimized prior to her 18th birthday. Assuming she is eligible, you would simply apply for a passport. Once in the U.S., she should also request a certificate of citizenship. The answer is "it depends." Assuming by "registered" you mean that it is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a trademark, it is possible that the use by the online business is infringing. Whether or not it is infringing depends on a number of factual matters as to which you provide insufficient information, including whether the online business is competing with respect to the goods and services for which registration was granted. Our office practices in this area. If we can help you on a fee-for-service basis, please feel free to contact us.... Read More

As a general matter, a person on bail is often not allowed to leave the state, much less the country.
The judge in each case will make a determination as to whether the conditions of bail will include a restriction on leaving the state. It is standard that a judge will not allow an individual who is out on bail to leave the country. Furthermore, if the judge believe that you might make an attempt to leave the country, he will take your passport.
In short, if you are out on bail, you travel plans should be domestic, and probably in-state.

You bet. Employers are well aware that whenever they discipline or discharge an employee they may face a grievance or a law suit. Therefore, employers document the employee's misconduct in order to defend themselves against these challenges to the disciplinary decisions. Since many cases come down to an employee's word against the employer's an employer may well use photographs, video tapes, or other evidence where they can obtain it. When you sleep at your post, the employer has a right to take a picture of your misconduct as evidence supporting its decision to terminate your employment.... Read More

As of the date of your question, it would be impossible to force the performer to sing as the date has already come to pass (assuming that the concert was for December 24, 2011, and not a future date). As such, specific performance of the contract is not an option. You may be entitled to damages for breach of contract, and should contact a local attorney to determine whether it would be worth filing suit.

Dear Sir or Madame
If you leave the U.S. to obtain an immigrant visa at the embassy, you will be denied entry to the U.S. unless you apply for and you are granted a waiver of your bar to enter the U.S. as a result of being here illegally for ten years.
It is better for you to apply for residency in the U.S. when your spouse becomes a U.S. citizen, and then you don't have to leave.
I advise you that you contact an immigration attorney that you trust to see when your spouse would qualify for citizenship and whether to file the I-130 now or wait until he/she becomes a citizen.
Good luck.... Read More
