If you decide to marry her, then you could either marry her when you visit or apply for a fiancé visa when you return to the states. When she enters with the fiancé visa, you have 90 days to marry her and then she can adjust status to get her green card. Her daughter also can travel with her and apply as her derivative beneficiary for her green card. If you marry her in the Philippines she and daughter can process at the consulate. How do I go about giving a invitation to my boyfriend in Ghana?

If your boyfriend just wants to visit, he doesn’t need a formal invitation from you. He simply applies at the US consulate for his tourist visa and that requires him to fill out his B2 application overseas. If he wants to marry you, then you can sponsor him for a fiancé K visa. Are you sure thats what they are asking for? Ask them if another photo id would suffice.The fact , more than likely, is that its an expired visa is what the issue for them is....Once you get married, discuss with an immigration lawyer how your spouse can gain lawful permanant residency.
