So I responded to this a few days ago but just wanted to add that most of these cases are taken on contingency fee, which means you don't pay anything unless you win the case. I would be happy to talk with you about your case. So if your freedom of speech is being restricted based on the content of your viewpoint, in a public forum, then the court will analyze the restriction based upon the strict scrutiny test.
