Sorry - but its not proper to provide you advice to pass on to her based on how you relate her issues. The advice would be that if SHE has legal questions about her lease she will need to hire a tenant lawyer to review it with her and go from there. If its not important enough to spend the money to hire a lawyer to review it and provide proper advice then that speaks to the importance of controverting the issue at all. Ummmm hate to tell you but the lack of due diligence is YOUR issue not the lenders nor the sellers nor body shop. Neither a car dealer nor a lender is obligated to make sure you have the coverage you want or need on on a car you purchase. If there are obligations beyond finanical responsibility limits, such as comp/collision required for financing, that is your responsibility to secure and is typically spelled out in the financing paperwork. As it is your vehicle and your finaincial exposure, the due diligence is equally yours. At this point, if the crash was some other persons fault, you need to focus on gettting them to pay for the damages, but you need to keep making you payments to the bank, in the meantime. Otherwise, if you wrecked your car and it was uninsured, you either need to make the payments to get it fixed and keep making your finance payments OR of thecar is totaled, see what can be done with the lender to settle the debt.   ... There are some ways to work around them but it takes surgical precision and skill of an experienced attorney working in this area. was there a written promise of opportunity to join the practice as a partner? Were their other promises made. I strongly recommend you reach out to an experienced attorney and firm who works with medical practices and these types of issues. I am so sorry for your daughters health.  You did not say what you are trying to contract for? to contract  hospice?  Does your daughter have an Durable POA or Advanced Directive done while she was not incapacitated?  I am in Ga so Hope a FL attorney will answer.  In Ga we would (absent a valid POA or Advanced Directive done while not incapacitateda) get emergency Guardianship appointment.  Fairly easy application but need hearing.  If this is for Hospice.  You can check with Medicare  they pay for it.  It may be less formal.... You can do it - but it will likely cost more than the amount in dispute. You want to grant an easement to the people across the street giving them (and their guests?) the right to cross a strip of your land for the purpose of reaching the lake.  Such an instriment would need to meet the formalities of a deed.  This is not uncommon, and any lawyer experienced in real estate transactions should be able to draw it up.  It would be customary, but not obligatory, to grant the easement not to the people across the street personally, but rather to the owners of the property across the street, so that the right could be passed on to succeeding owners of that property, and would be binding on succeeding owners of the property being crossed.  The easement will be recorded and appear on any title report.... Any time you buy something, that's a contract.  YOu and the other parties to the agreement have agreed that you will pay a certain price and in return the other party will give you title to some property.  There are likely going to be other terms as well.  While the adult with whom you contract is bound by it, you, since you are a minor, have the right to revoke that contract, meaning that any party you deal with would face the risk that 3 weeks after you reached agreement, you can find another car for cheaper, or lose your job, or for whatever reason change your mind and rescind the contract.  Nobaody wants to take that risk, and so they will require a competent adult as a contracting party.... If the dealership doesnt cancel you may find yourself with a vehicle you can't pay for and end up with a repossession.
