You can file a divorce here or in Indonesia. Until you are divorced, his marriage in Indonesia will not be recognized here as bigamy is not recognized. I don't know if it is in Indonesia. If not, the marriage won't be valid there either.

It depends on whether there is a domestic violence protection order that says the ex may not contact you through 3rd parties. If not, ask her in writing to stop contacting you and do not contact her after that. If she bothers you after that, file an anti-harassment petition.

It is probably best to file a divorce in China since an American court has no jurisdiction over her. On the other hand, you can probably file here if there is no property to divide, but you will have to serve her in China.

You can not have the marriage annulled. You can get a divorce, the sooner the better, if you're going to do it as the property issues get more complicated the longer you're married.

You are free to go back to get these things if you can do so safely. You may want to see if you can get a civil standby (police) to accompany you. If not you can make a motion for temporary orders once you file the divorce and the court can order that you get these things.

First things first. Retain an experienced family law attorney. This is almost always worth the investment. Your lawyer will likely file a Motion for a Temporary Order, or else an Order to Show Cause, which has much the effect. At the hearing on this motion, the Court will set rules to govern matters during the pendency of the divorce, such as who pays which debts, child support, custody and placement, temporary maintenance, insurance, and any other matter which needs determination on a temporary basis. Good Luck.... Read More

My suggestion is that you go to Court and request an Emergency Order that will force your husband to pay the mortgage until the divorce has been finalized or a settlement reached. Do not wait! I would also suggest that, since this is a very important matter, you hire an attorney to rush it through correctly. Good luck.... Read More

If nothing new has happened since separation, the person would be unlikely to get an order. The family court has no impact on immigration status and may not consider it.

Make sure you list all assets including household furnishings, credit cards, bank accounts etc. You are required to list all assets and debts even if they stay with one person.... Read More
