Liability is going to depend on many things.  Did the coach caution the wrestlers about this move?  Did the wrestler who did it ever do it before?  Were the mats set up properly, was your son given proper instruction, etc.  The school has a duty to make sure that all of the proper saftey instructions and devices were in place, and if they breached that duty, there could be liability.  I woul dbe happy to discuss this with you further. ...
