Has she ever filed a petition for child support? This would only be retroactive until the filing date. If no one is paying the mortgage the house could go into foreclosure and this will hurt your credit rating. You should really speak with an attorney too straighten this out. The question is why do you need to look? You do not need a reason to divorce in California. Your suspicions of your wife is more than enough. Even if she was an angel, with a halo on top of her head, you can still divorce her. If your wife is cheating, then your choices are simple:1) You forgive her and give her another chance. 2) You divorce her. Once you decide what to do, then the rest is irrelevant. Why is the libel in the paper not being corrected if you did not incur the debt or have it assigned to you. Ask for a retraction. Now if you co-signed on a debt with someone else, you are on the debt and it is being reported correctly.
