My car engine cracked. While there is no debate that auto refused to honor their extended warranty since my car was totaled (Branded) in a hail storm. This is an exclusion in the Warranty, but I don't think that this is ethical. Is it legal to deny a warranty claim based upon what seems to be subterfuge. They admit that their engine was faulty but indicate that their hands are tied due to the exclusion.

Did you pay cash for the mattress or did you charge it to a credit card or how did you pay for it? You have to prove that the one that you got was not the same one as on display. i would return to the store to see if the same one that you saw on display is still there. if so, get the specifics like make, model number, etc. and compare it with what you got....
