If I get an attorney, could I get my warrant recalled?

Answered 9 years and a month ago by attorney Jay A. Rigdon   |   1 Answer   |  Legal Topics: Criminal Defense
If you have an arrest warrant for a battery charge, you should hire an attorney to help you. The attorney cannot just make the case go away, so if that is what you mean by "having the warrant recalled", then it cannot happen. You need a lawyer anyway.

You need to have a lawyer review the file. The question does not make any sense in the context of Indiana law, so I am assuming there are some facts left out or maybe a misunderstanding of what happened.

Answered 9 years and 2 months ago by attorney Jay A. Rigdon   |   1 Answer   |  Legal Topics: Criminal Defense
Do about what? Your job? Your safety? The police investigation? If charged, hire an attorney. In the meantime, I assume you were fired or suspended, though you don't tell us that in your post. I might suggest looking for other employment either way. If you are a union member, report it to your shop steward or other union personnel.... Read More
