It might be possible to petition the juvenile authorities to reopen, and dismiss the charges, clearing the conviction record to allow your enlistment. You do not presently qualify under normal procedures to have the convictions set aside as not enough time has past. The fact that there is more than one prior offence may be an issue as well. It is impossible to answer your question given the information which you provided. Generally, pardons by governors are only available in the most extreme of circumstances. I do not understand your question, if you have completed all that was requested of you and it was represented to your that the charge would be dropped or dismissed if you did, then go back to the court, testify you have completed all required of you and they should keep their bargain.

You can generally EXPUNGE one criminal conviction (NO traffic/driving, drugs or sexual offenses) if clean for at least five (5) years WITHOUT anything else on your record. If its been more than 7 years then you are eligible for expungement. However, you can be disqualified for other reasons such as too many other convictions, etc. You would need to have a consultation to determine whether you really are eligible. You could also do a 402 reduction to lower the degree of the felony to a misdemeanor. An expungement is less than a thousand dollars so its not terrible expensive, and a 402 reduction is less than an expungement.... Read More
