I am not aware of any grounds for suing where you can remain anonymous. Because I am not 100% certain about that, please call the Dade County Bar Association to be referred to an attorney for a consultation for a reasonable or no fee. Why don't you consult with an I.T. can my fiancee'come only on one way ticket and get married?

Answered 2 years and 4 months ago by attorney Stephen Arnold Black   |   1 Answer

If she plans to adjust status and remain permanently, but she conceals that intent upon entry, then that would be impermissible. However, if she just plans to get married and return home, but changes her mind later and decides to adjust status and live in the US, that's ok. She needs to be totally honest about her plans. A 1 way airplane ticket may be viewed as "intent" that she plans to stay permanently which would conflict with the purpose of a tourist visa. ... Read More

OK, so any time a person on the job is discriminated against based on their race, ethnicity skin, color, etc., you must take steps to notify your Human Resources department of this discrimination.
