I'm afraid that if you don't make it part of the divorce, you won't be able to enforce it later if he does not pay.  If you do a simple divorce, write up a consent order or property settlement agreement.  File the complaint for divorce, tell the court we already have it resolved, see the attached agreement, and ask for a date to finalize.  That way the agreement is attached to your judgment of divorce and enforceable.  Put something in the Agreement that if you have to file further court action to get it enforced that you get attorney's fees.  Good luck.... I have had an issue like this before.  Go on your Facebook page and in the upper right hand corner there is the the "home" button and next to it is a down arrow.  If you click on that a drop down screen appears.  At the bottom of the list is "Help" and if you click on that you get another drop down screen that lists "Report a problem", click on that and on then at the bottom it will say "Report Abuse".  Go to that page.  There are a lot of options.  You can get Facebook to delete the abusive messages, ban the person, remove the photos, etc.  You need to be specific about what is wrong, you will get an email message that they are responding to it.  You need to follow up with the person assigned to address it.  Good Luck - and if you need more help with Facebook, let me know. ... I believe that those records would be classified as "Public Records".  That definition is very specific and makes the record subject to be disclosed under the Open Public Records Act.  You should be able to simply make a request, in writing, that you be provided with those records under the Open Public Records Act and the person or organization maintaining the records should give them over to you.  A public record is basically any record that is required by law to be kept.  So if the EMT and Fire Department is required to keep training records, then you are allowed to have them.  ...
