The type of lawyer depends on the relief you want.  If it involves digging up the grave, there is a special proceeding for this in Surrogate's Court.

You will need to dispute this with them in writing and set out the specifics. Otherwise, not sure what would be needed to treat you for being stuck with a syringe that ANY ER wouldnot have the ability to treat and presumably with you working in a medical environment that your employer did nothave treatment supplies on the jobsite. I suspect there is more to this story than presented but you will need to address this in detail with the hospital at issue. Otherwise, you may have to hirea lawye at some expense to intervene and go from there. ... Read More

Auto dealership did not disclose vehicle damage

Answered 7 years and 4 months ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
Unless you asked or had the vehicle inspected, they are not required to tell you about damage to the car. The can't defraud or lie about it but they aren't required to do your job as a consumer whcih is to make sure its a good deal. The sort of exception to this is CPO vehicles, where there may be an implied warranty based on the certification representations. Other than that you should have gottena carfax BEFORE you decided to buy the vehicle, not after you did it. ... Read More

I was sold a truck that want the one they told me.

Answered 7 years and 6 months ago by Patrick Johnson (Unclaimed Profile)   |   1 Answer
Since it was obvious that what you test drove (white truck) and what they sold you (black truck) were different, not sure why you accepted the black truck. Also, it appears that you have had the truck of almost a year. I would say that at this point, you are stuck with the truck. Read the extended warranty yourself to see if the transmission is covered or not. If you are not sure, then reach out to the warranty company to find out if the transmission is covered or not. If it is not covered, then you are stuck. ... Read More

UNless there was a written warranty - this is all a verbal "he said- she said" case that wull cost more than the $2,000.00 at issue to file a lawsuit over. You will likely have to just pay the expense fo the repairs as thats the risk you take buying a iused car.
