While there may be a variety of remedies for you, from a civil perpective, the bigger issue is funding any legal action that will likely be necessary to even start to address such a controversy. These are typically NOT contingent fee cases unfortunately. If you have the ability to hire a lawyer on an hourly rate/retainer basis you should do so immediately. You can also try reporting the issue to law enforcement but they may not be interested. If you have any further questions or concerns, you can always contact our office at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation to see if we can assist you further.... Read Answer

You can contact local law enforcement and see if they will help, thats the cheapest way. If not, you will simply have to retain a lawyer, and likely spend several thousand dollars filing an action against the offender for injunctiive relief and damages. Something is obviously missing here as it is hard to believe that a flea market manager would give away free booths, as noone would ever rent one. While there may be several legal issues here I would expect that none of them would be viable on a contingent fee arrangement and that you would liekly have to hire a lawyer on an hourly rate/retainer to address this. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.... Read Answer

This begs the question of "proving everything wrong TO WHOM?" I am assuming that if you meant the court, the ex is being proscuted for perjury or incacerated, so no sure what you would expect to achieve beyond that. If you meant, "proven to yourself", then you will need to start with hiriinga family law lawyer to get judicial determinations of "lies"being told on you in court that caused the result you stated. Yes, this could be a defamatio case. HOwever, most lawyers will NOT take such cases on a "contingent fee" where they get paid if they win. Asking this question is a clear sign you are in over your head in litigation and should seriously consider retaining a lawyer to handle your case ASAP. While the answer to your question is a simple one, providing the answer to you will only enable you in undertaking a terrible decision to represent yourself in the litigation process. If for some reason you cant or wont hire a alwyer, you should reconsider other options than usining litigation to resolve your dispute. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact out office at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation. ... I am assuming your daughter is a minor and that the blogs were in fact defamatory. That stated any personal injury lawyer or civil trial lawyer you feel comfortable with will do the job. BE AWARE though, the 99% of the people who have actually handled such a case, will not take them on a contingent fee for a variety of reasons, so be prepared to discuss payment of a retainer and billing on an hourly rate. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office at 813-877-6442 for a FREE consultation. ... You can't. By definition a sociopath wont care about the consequences of thier actions. You can try various options including litigation, but this is often expensive and may not get you a result beyond a money judgement if you can collect it.If you have further questions, feel free to contact our offce at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation. ... First, what you describe is a business defamation type case. Typically, such cases are not handled by competent lawyers on a contingent fee basis unless (a) the legal liability is crystal clear (2) there are $100,000.00 in clear indisputable damages and (3) there is clear ability to collect those damages upon rendering of a judgment. Unfortunately, this applies to very very few cases, though 99% of litigants will rush to explain how they are all in that 1%. Typically, you wil have to retain a lawyer to gather the facts, determine how to proceed and likely initiate the legal action you describe as appropriate. Be prepared however, to spend a signficiant amount of money in the early phases of such a case as there is usually a good deal of leg work and legal research expended to be handled properly. If you have any further questions, we do offer FREE consultations. Just call our office at 1-800-922-6442.... Read Answer

I am sure there are a number of lawyers willing to help you with this. The key is whether it would be done on a contingent fee (where lawyer gets paid a percentage if he handles the case and "wins") or pre-paid hourly rate. If you are looking for a "second opinion" most lawyers that will do so would bill at an houly rate for this, as very ver very few will provide "free" consultations for the purpose of reassuring a litigant that the lawyer actually getting paid to handle the case is doing a good job. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our office at 1-800-922-6442 to schedule a FREE consultation.... Read Answer
