You need to hire an attorney immediately to protect your rights. There are normally provisions on the closing documents that state that if any documents need to be resigned that you agree to do so. However, the terms should be the same.

You can legally exclude them. If you have made it clear that you no longer went them in the house, then they have no right to enter and could be charged criminally if they continue to do so. That's a civil question. Seems like you could stop paying it and then they come repo the car from him unless he wants to take the payments over. But unfortunately, I don't do civil law. You will need to hire a lawyer to sue him or call the police and ask them to get it back for you.
