I am assuming that the 2 citations and obstruction of service were somehow related to your dog. If this is true, I am not sure how you can say that there were no complaints. That is sufficient notice that your dog is a danger.

Such an agreement is legal. The parties to a settlement dispute can agree to any terms that they want. It is not unusual to have a non-discloure agreement in settlements. In this case, the vet wants you to agree to not post anything negative. If posting something negative is more important than receiving the money, then do not agree to the settlement. I would suggest that you send the divorcing couple a certified letter telling them that they have a certain time period to remove the Alpacas from your land and that if they don't do so then you are going to donate the Alpacas to the High Meadows Alpaca Farm in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. I know of no case law that requires law enforcement to obtain a search warrant to get information from an electric services to get information on their customers. There have been numerous criminal cases where law enforcement contacted electric services to provide information on the customer to determine who resided at an address as a basis for obtaiing a search warrant.
