Absent a gun or torture, there was no "forcing" you to do anything. You can try to claim the contract is void because you are incompetnent but be wary of walking youself into a guardianship/conservatorship and a legal decalration you are mentally incompetent as this can negatively affect you in the future also, fixing one problem to create a dozen others. If the contract was the numbers you are complaining about, and you did not "see" because you were rushed, etc., then you are likely stuck with it.  If the contract was blank and the numbers filled in later, unless you can prove that, you are stuck with that too.

Possibly - this is a huge financial issue in many lower value cases such as small claims types (yours is bordeline). SOMEONE will be taking the financial risk and making the time and money investment to address the issue regardless, whether its you or the lawyer. This is why many smaller value cases simply don't have en effective legal remedy due to the finances. I am not sure what the action would be.  If you did not pay the lease, and it was found to be a fraud, there is really no further claim.  You are not going to prove the dealer did it intentionally to you.

A consumer lawyer   - generally you will have to retain a lawyer to review your warranty and see WHY they claim you had to pay money. MOst warranties are LIMITED and they only apply to what you contracted for.
