I assume you had the vehicle inspected by an independent inspector such a dealer and took it for a test drive before you bought it? If not that was likely your first and possibly fatal mistake as far and remedies go. If you didn't think that buying a car with I tunes cards was sent up a red flag of something wrong, you need to be more astute and critical in your decison making. If the contract doesnt have insurance or gas obligations then you can dispute with the CC and need to address this with rental company.
