If you want to spend the money to fund expensive litigation, you sue just about anyone. Its a matter of finanical decision as a starting point and you will spend far more than the $650.00 with any type of law suit.

Such cases are VERY expensive to litigate and difficult to handle effectively. If you are so inclined, and have the resources to pursue such a case, you simply need to retain a lawyer and move forward with it. You can also file claims with the AG or SEC but dont expect any refunds any time soon.... Read Answer

What would be considered consumer fraud in Florida?

Subjective dissatisfaction is not the same as fraud. There might be fraud - but you will likely start with a breach of contract issue and then go from there. This will likely require that you hire a lawyer to review your agreement, at some expense, and go from there.

This will probably need to hire a lawyer to review your paper work. Unless the truck was expensive it may not be worth the added expense for legal fees if it was purchased AS-IS, but thats a call for you to make.

Delivery dates are RARELY associated with any guarantee and your subjective planning issues in a building project is likely either a unique event preventing any class consideration or likely not frequent enough for same depsite your belief otherwise. Moreover any guarantee is limited to its terms and conditons as a general rule - which often are limited to something like a discount, etc. You may want to cancel the order and order something in stock if timing is that important or simply make other arrangements to account for the delay. ... Can I sue car dealership for selling me a car I cannot pay for?

Answered 8 years and 7 months ago by Mark Theodore Tischhauser (Unclaimed Profile)   |   1 Answer

Its VERY hard to complain they took advantage of you when you go thier store and decide to buy a car of any type. They are not responsible to determine "what you can afford" vs what you are willing to pay. Short of arguing a level of mental incapacity requiring a legal guardianship - poor decisions start with the buyer regardless of age. That stated, there is a point where a more predatory lending angle would arise - such as contracting to buy a car for a monthly payment value exceeding your actual monthly income - the issue then is how did this occur as no bank would likely finance such a vehicle absent some level of fraud by dealer. ... All this will depend on the actual reason why the deal was called off. Typically this is when the buyer fudges something on the appliacation like wages, and the employer does not confirm the cliaimed earnings.

Can I sue Chase Bank for emotional distress regarding restriction of account without notice as well as denial to funds?

Answered 8 years and 8 months ago by Mark Theodore Tischhauser (Unclaimed Profile)   |   1 Answer

Not likely. "They told me" is simply not the standard relative to such issues and its typically defined in the account terms and conditions that noone reads or formal ank policy of some sortor other. That you could not stop a third party from depositing money into a"restricted" account, for what ever reason it was restricted, is not the banks issue. This issue will likely require resolution of the "restriction" issue whatever that is. ... Read Answer

The only consumer fraud here is on your end. You simply cannot contract with people to buy cars, take possessions of them, then claim to "go window shopping" buy another car, and then play each off the the other for a better deal atfter the fact. You are probably going to get stuck with 2 cars and 2 loans or sued over one or the other ot both. There is no "cancel the contract" after its signed prospect. NOw you will unfortunately need to spend the money you though you were saving on legal fees to hire a lawyer to sort this all out. ... Read Answer

Once can't misrepresent what one doesnot know so if the car fax was clean you'd have to prove some direct knowledge and also your direct questioning to even start with such a claim. You may however have a warranty case depending on the terms of the warranty. You sould have a lawyer review the warranty to see whether the damages can be fixed under that provision. ... Read Answer

First, no, a lease intention is the opposite, as if you were buying the bike you would have bought it and financed it. Second, that the bike gets stolen is YOUR problem not the lease company's or the dealers, you still owe on the lease and should have had insurance to cover the loss. Finally, not sure what is going on with the other person claiming its thier bike as there may be something shady going on there from several angles that you will need to sort out. ... Read Answer
