In Missouri, only 3 types of felonies are eligible for expungement: passing a bad check, fraudulent use of a debit/credit device, or fraudulently stopping payment on an instrument. If your felony conviction is one of these 3 types and you have no other misdemeanors or felony convictions within 20 years of your original felony conviction, then you can file a petition with the court to expunge your felony conviction. If you were on probation, it's possible that you received an SIS (suspended imposition of sentence), meaning there will be no conviction on your record if you successfully complete probation. If instead you received an SES (suspended execution of sentence), then there will be a conviction on your record.... Read More

You can't "completely erase" the convictions in your criminal background. There are only a few types of felony convictions in Missouri that can be expunged, and only after 20 years of good behavior. Those felonies are 1) passing a bad check, 2) fraudulently stopping payment on an instrument, and 3) fraudulent use of a debit or credit device. You have to file a petition in court and attend a hearing before a judge. It's up to the judge regarding whether to expunge the felony conviction. You can file the petition yourself without an attorney, but your best bet for success is to hire an attorney to handle it for you.... Read More

It's possible to get the charges dismissed or reduced to a lesser offense, but he will have to hire an attorney to represent him, or ask for a public defender if he is eligible. Since the judge reduced his bond already, it's not likely that the judge would change his mind and release the defendant on his own recognizance.... Read More

If you mean that you have a conviction for felony robbery on your criminal record, then no, that can't be removed from your criminal record. Only 3 types of felony convictions can be expunged, and robbery is not one them. If you received an SIS (suspended imposition of sentence) and probation, then if you successfully completed probation without any violations, then there should be no conviction on your criminal record. If this is the case, contact the court records department and check to see why they haven't removed it from your records. Some criminal background checks do pick up the SIS and probation and include that in your background check. If that is the case, there is no way to remove that from your record.... Read More

You would need to provide much more information than 2 felonies to get any relevant advice. If you do not already have a lawyer, get one. If you can't afford a lawyer ask the court to appoint one for you. Do NOT go to court without legal representation. The outcome of your charges will depend on many things such as but not limited to: 1) Did the police act within the limits of your rights; 2) What are the felonies; 3) What is your previous history with the criminal courts; 4) How good is your lawyer; 5) And many more variables that are specific to the facts of your charges....
